- Return Eligibility: Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
- Process: Contact our support team with your order number. Once our team verifies the returned product’s condition, we will process your request.
- Refunds: Valid refunds are processed within 10-15 working days via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or Store Credit).
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
